I started cold calling, and it did not work perfectly for me. Refine your local contractor in my area and call to see if they need help with their marketing. Needless to say, this is not good for me. From their perspective, I was just this guy, who happens to look for a way to make money quickly. So obviously, I heard from the secretary / legal guardian at any time.
